Elementary Homeschool Theatre Class, Fall 2025

Ages 6-12

This class develops basic theatrical skills while nurturing creativity, teamwork and personal commitment as students come together to bring a live theatrical show to the NarroWay stage.

Students engage in two performances of the Christmas musical, "Miracle on Main Street."

Class Information:

• Engage in an educational musical theatre course.
• Ages 6-12.
• Classes meet on Wednesdays, 9am-12pm September 3 through November 12. An additional "tech day" rehearsal begins at 10am on Monday, November 17.
• Class experience culminates with two performances of the musical "Miracle on Main Street" on Monday, November 17 at 6pm and 8pm.
• Course fee of $185 includes full semester instruction and cast t-shirt.

Class Schedule:

• Sept. 3, (Wednesday), 9am-12pm; First class meeting.
• Nov. 17, (Tuesday), 10am-9pm. TECH DAY and PERFORMANCES. (Pack a sack lunch. Supper will be provided.)

These days, more and more communities seem unsure what to do with the word "Christmas." Nativity scenes are disappearing, and traditional carols are being replaced with generic holiday songs. This thoughtful children’s musical tackles that issue head-on, reminding us—through the voices of kids—that without Jesus, Christmas is just an empty package with no real gift inside.Published by Word Music.
