Ages 13+: Teen Dance

A well-rounded introductory dance experience, this class explores a variety of dance styles incorporated in musical theatre. A strong emphasis is placed on performance and showmanship.

Attire: Students should dress comfortably in modest clothing that allows for freedom of movement. Athletic shorts or pants and leotards with leggings are acceptable. Dance shoes, such as jazz shoes or ballet shoes, should be worn. Blue jeans and tennis shoes are not acceptable. Class Information:

• Engage in an educational, 15-week dance class.
• Exclusively for ages 13 and above.
• Classes meet on Mondays, 1pm-2:30pm, Feb. 2 - May 14.
• Class experience culminates with a performance showcase at the NarroWay Theatre on Thursday, May 14 at 6:30pm.
• Course fee of $160 includes full semester instruction and class t-shirt.
• An additional $40 costume fee will be collected at a later date.

Class Schedule:

• February 2 (Monday), 1pm-2:30pm; First class meeting.
• Classes continue weekly through May 14.
• May 14 PERFORMANCE DAY. Call time TBD. Performance showcase begins at 6:30pm.

Performance Information

Thursday, May 14, 6:30pm (doors open 30 minutes prior to performance time).

Students participate in a performance showcase at the NarroWay Theatre.

To submit a registration for any class, you must agree to the terms and conditions and sign an authorized consent form. You are encouraged to review those documents in advance.

To register under a "group" rate, students must be in the same household. Any "group" registrations received that disregard this policy will be cancelled by the site administrator.
